1. Overview

Firearm.report provides firearm inspection and reporting services based on serial numbers and documented physical condition.

The platform does not store personal customer information in inspection reports.

2. Users

Users may include:

• Certified Gunsmiths
• Licensed Firearm Dealers
• Customers
• Collectors
• Firearm Buyers and Sellers

3. Permitted Use

Users may:

• Submit inspections
• Access authorized reports
• Request inspections
• Display approved certification badges
• Download reports

Users may not:

• Falsify reports
• Upload unlawful content
• Use the platform for illegal firearm transactions
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer platform functionality
• Republish proprietary materials without permission

4. Firearm Data Only

Reports may contain:

• Serial numbers
• Make
• Model
• Caliber
• Inspection findings
• Photographs
• Service notes
• Certification status

Reports do not contain:

• Customer names
• Home addresses
• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Ownership history
• Transfer history
• Personally identifiable information (PII)

5. Dealer Responsibilities

Dealers agree to:

• Provide accurate firearm information.
• Display certification badges only for certified firearms.
• Use reports solely for lawful purposes.
• Avoid modifying certified reports.

6. Gunsmith Responsibilities

Certified Gunsmiths agree to comply with:

• Certification standards
• Inspection procedures
• Platform policies
• Professional conduct requirements

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers acknowledge that:

• Reports reflect firearm condition at the time of inspection only.
• Future condition cannot be guaranteed.
• Safe handling practices remain their responsibility.

8. No Warranty

Reports are provided based on gunsmith findings and observations.

Firearm.report does not warrant:

• Future performance
• Future safety
• Accuracy of all findings
• Completeness of history
• Merchantability
• Fitness for a specific purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

Firearm.report shall not be liable for:

• Firearm malfunctions
• Dealer representations
• Gunsmith errors
• Customer misuse
• Subsequent modifications
• Damages arising from report usage

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content remains the exclusive property of Firearm.report, including:

• Logos
• Certification marks
• Training content
• Website content
• Software systems
• Reports and templates

11. Termination

Firearm.report may terminate or suspend platform access for:

• Terms violations
• Fraudulent activities
• Misrepresentation
• Security concerns

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by Arizona law.
